With 25 years of experience in luxury real estate, Bryant Kowalczyk is a seasoned Broker who has built a reputation for delivering outstanding results in the Bay Area. His career began in 1998 in San Francisco, where he worked with one of the city’s top new construction sales and marketing firms. Over the years, Bryant managed sales and marketing teams for some of San Francisco’s most prestigious residential high-rise and mixed-use developments, including The St. Regis Residences, Millennium Tower, The Brannan, and Yerba Buena Lofts.
This invaluable experience equipped Bryant with top-tier sales, marketing, and negotiation skills, refined through over 1,500 successful transactions. He is intimately familiar with every step of the process—from making the initial offer to negotiating the final price, ensuring smooth escrow coordination, and securing the appropriate financing to close the deal seamlessly.
As an independent Broker since 2013, Bryant has consistently ranked among the top 1% of Bay Area Brokers. Notably, in 2016, he achieved the #1 residential home sale in San Francisco, representing the buyer in acquiring 2250 Vallejo. Initially listed for $28 million, the property ultimately sold for $21.8 million after months of negotiations, marking the top home sale of the year.
In 2019, Bryant and his family made the move from San Francisco to the picturesque Island of Belvedere in Marin County. This relocation has allowed Bryant to further expand his presence in Southern Marin, successfully representing clients in Belvedere, Tiburon, Sausalito, Mill Valley, and Novato.
In 2020, Bryant launched Marker Luxury Properties, a boutique residential sales and leasing firm that has quickly become one of the Bay Area’s leading brokerages, further cementing his status as a premier real estate expert.
